LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once an order has been shipped and marked delivered by the

carrier, Supply Studios is not responsible for lost,

stolen, or damaged packages. We do not issue refunds or

replacements for packages marked delivered by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for providing a secure and

accurate shipping address at checkout. Shipping address

must match billing address. Orders with mismatched

addresses may be delayed or canceled.

If a package is lost in transit (not marked delivered), we

will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping

carrier, but reimbursement is not guaranteed unless the

carrier approves the claim.

cancel quantities purchased per customer, per household,
